We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Clipsy.dk. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we offer a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your order.

Guidelines for Returns:

• Contact us:
• Before returning a product, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail . Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
• Condition of the Product:
• We only accept returns of goods that are unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
• Return procedure:
• After contacting customer service and obtaining approval for the return, you will receive further instructions and a return label if required. Be sure to wrap the product securely and include all original packaging and accessories.
• Return deadline:
• You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking number to ensure your return package reaches us.
• Return postage:
• Please note that the customer himself is responsible for paying the return postage.

Refund Policy:

• Once we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Right of Return:

• Personal or hygiene products such as hair clips and silk scrunchies can only be returned if the labels are not broken.
