What the warranty covers:
We understand that accidents can happen, which is why the guarantee also covers damage to the floor. We believe our hair clips are sturdy enough to withstand daily use, including being dropped.

What the warranty does not cover:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or intentional damage, such as running over the product with a bicycle or stepping on it.

To make use of the guarantee, you must contact our customer service and provide proof of purchase and a picture and description of the damage.

Important: Our 1-year warranty covers in addition to the statutory 2-year right of complaint, which only covers defective goods and manufacturing defects.
